RB900SG-ElpOS Firmware update

This page contains the description of firmware update procedure of RB900SG-ElpOS modem.

Use the Smart Manager software to update the device firmware. Details of the update procedure are described in the Elproma Smart Manager User Manual.

NOTE: It is recommended not to disconnect the modem's power supply during the update procedure.

Emergency update

If the update was unsuccessful, open the device housing and short the two pins shown in the picture below. Firstly hold the BOOT button, then use RESET button, release BOOT button and then perform the update again.
