1. Elproma Smart Manager doesn't recognize the RB900SG modem (COM port):
* Try reboot the device (power it off and on or use ''RESET'' button),
* Check the USB cable or try to use other USB cable (poor quality USB cable can cause problems with correct communication of the modem with computer.

2. Elproma Smart Manager program doesn’t start:
* Try reboot the computer,
* Reinstall the program (with Administrator privileges).
