The Wireless page of {{{model}}} router is used to check and manage wireless networks.

Wireless Overview

In Wireless Overview section you can see a list of wireless networks. To restart, scan, disable, edit, add or remove specific network use the corresponding buttons.

Scan

To check available WiFi networks use the Scan button.

Name Description
Signal Network signal strength
SSID Network name
Channel
Mode Master or Slave
BSSID Identify Access Point and its associated client
Encryption Encryption type

To connect to the specific network use Join Network button.

Name Value Description
Replace wireless configuration On/Off, default: Off Check this option to delete the existing networks from this radio.
Name of the new network string The allowed characters are: A-Z, a-z, 0-9 and _
WPA passphrase string, from 8 to 63 characters Specify the secret encryption key here.
Lock to BSSID On/Off, default: Off Instead of joining any network with a matching SSID, only connect to the BSSID 82:8A:20:FF:FD:23.
Create / Assign firewall-zone Choose the firewall zone you want to assign to this interface. Select unspecified to remove the interface from the associated zone or fill out the custom field to define a new zone and attach the interface to it.
