1. Elproma Smart Manager doesn't recognize the RB900SG modem (COM port):

  • try reboot the device (power it off and on or use RESET button)
  • check the USB cable or try use other USB cable ( Poor quality USB cable can cause problems with correct communication of the modem with computer

2. Teleorigin Manager program doesn’t start:

  • try reboot the computer
  • uninstall it and it install once again (with A dministrator privileges)

3. I set new settings, press S ave settings button but old data appeared after reboot:

  • make sure the connection status is green when the Save settings button is pressed
  • after saving settings press Reboot button to apply new settings.

4. No signal

  • check if the SIM card is active
  • check if the PIN code is correct
  • try to set External antenna settings and connect external antenna
  • check the connection with antenna
  • check if there is a good network coverage in a given place

5. Ip unavailable or incorrect IP

  • make sure the correct APN is set

6. Setting the font scaling in Windows to other than 100% may cause the fonts to display incorrectly in the Teleorigin Manager application.

7. In multi-monitor environments, there may be problems loading graphics on a monitor other than the main monitor.
