1. Elproma Smart Manager doesn't recognize the RB900SG modem (COM port):

  • Try reboot the device (power it off and on or use RESET button),
  • Check the USB cable or try to use other USB cable (poor quality USB cable can cause problems with correct communication of the modem with computer.
